ALIGHTWITHIN WELLNESS is located in the beautiful and peaceful hills above Studio City, Los Angeles. The space is calm and nurturing, encouraging you to let go of stress and unwind.
In a typical session, I may use essential oils, sound healing and/or crystals depending on client preference and my intuition, to facilitate deep relaxation and healing.

DISTANCE REIKI
Reiki can just as easily and effectively be performed at a distance. We may not have all the answers on how this works (yet), but rest assured it does!
Energy is not bound by physical space—we are all connected because we are all made of energy matter, and we are all part of a larger whole.

Distance reiki sessions can be held over the phone, FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.

ANIMALS
While most animals love reiki, many of them prefer to experience a reiki session in their own home, pasture, or barn, or wherever they are most comfortable. I can travel to your location or you can bring your animal to me.
Most sessions last one hour, including time before the session to discuss needs and goals, and after to give you feedback on what I discovered during the energy work. Please know that sometimes the session involves working on you, too, (if you are up for it!).

Some animals are like reiki sponges, while others take a little time to warm up to the idea. If your animal companion is not comfortable with strangers, then a distance session may be a better choice.

Well, let’s make sure that your office or home or business falls into that latter category.
Energetic clearing of your environment is particularly useful during times of change, such as moving to a new home, divorce, starting a job, after the loss of a family member or pet, or simply when you feel stagnation in your own life. On average, we spend over 60% of our waking hours in our home, so making sure our environment is in alignment with our intentions and goals is an important part of self-care. Your space should lift you up, not weigh you down.
A reiki session of a home or room involves doing the same energy work that I do on a person, but on a physical space. Having a clear sense of what you want from each space is important, so I’ll spend some time with you discussing your intentions before we begin. This is a really nice option for home owners or real estate agents looking to sell a home.
Pricing is per hour based on the size of the space in need of clearing. In-person only.

Reiki is a stress reduction and relaxation technique that supports your own healing. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose, prescribe medication nor interfere with the work of a licensed medical professional. Reiki is complementary to, and separate from, medical services licensed by the state.
